Participants do not have to be at exactly the same fitness levels to benefit from group training.

Certified Personal Trainer, Karie Underwood provides

to all of her participants. She will help you reach your fitness goals in this small group environment of 3-4 clients to 1 coach.

Sessions are 45 minutes in length. No makeups.

Bring a towel & water.
