Weight Loss “The Skinny”
Most people have great intentions of eating right on Monday, and by Tuesday it’s all over. The Skinny is my weight loss program that helps you lose weight by holding YOU accountable (with a little help from me).
It is a 10 week program. You are responsible for weighing in weekly, logging all your food/beverage intake and exercising a minimum of 45 minutes 5 times a week. Each program is customized to the individual. The best part is that it is FREE to all of my students as long as you are enrolled in either my Boot Camp or ZUMBA class.
