Accountability Weight Loss
Most people have great intentions of eating right on Monday, and a couple of day or hours later it’s all over. The Skinny is my weight loss program that helps you lose weight by holding YOU accountable (with a little help from me).
It is a 10 week program. You are responsible for weighing in weekly, logging all your food/beverage intake and exercising a minimum of 45 minutes 5 times a week. Each program is customized to the individual.
